Clear Terms for Using and Purchasing From Luravexo™

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Luravexo™ website, online store, product information, checkout experience, customer service and related services.

By browsing our website, submitting an order or otherwise using our store, you agree to these Terms together with the policies that apply to your transaction.

Please review these Terms before placing an order. If you do not agree with them, you should not complete a purchase through the store.

01 — Use of the Store

You may use the Luravexo™ store for lawful personal and household purchasing purposes.

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate, current and complete, including your name, email address, billing information, delivery address and payment details.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before submitting the purchase.

02 — Product Information

Designed to Represent Products Clearly

We make reasonable efforts to present Luravexo™ products, dimensions, materials, finishes, functions and other relevant details as accurately as possible.

However, screen settings, lighting, photography, production tolerances and device displays may cause colors or visual details to appear slightly different from the physical product.

Product specifications, availability and design details may be updated where reasonably necessary. Any material change affecting an existing accepted order will be handled appropriately.

03 — Orders

When an Order Becomes Confirmed

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the products shown in your checkout.

After successful checkout, an order confirmation is normally sent to the email address provided during purchase.

We may need to review an order before fulfillment where payment, inventory, address information or transaction details require clarification.

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and, where payment has already been captured, arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

04 — Order Changes & Cancellation

Contact Us as Early as Possible

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact service@luravexo.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

Changes and cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment or carrier handling.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable Return & Refund process may need to be followed after delivery.

05 — Prices

The Checkout Total Controls the Purchase

Product prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price presented during checkout when the purchase is submitted.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, taxes, shipping charges, duties or other applicable charges may be shown separately during checkout.

Promotions and discounts may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility rules and expiration periods.

06 — Payment

Payments Are Processed in USD

Store transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Available payment options are displayed during checkout and may include eligible credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or other supported payment services.

Payment authorization may be performed by third-party payment processors. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction charges.

Please never send complete payment-card numbers, security codes, PINs or passwords to our customer service email.

07 — Processing & Shipping

Clear Delivery Expectations

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard transit generally takes approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $70 or more. Other applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, weather, peak periods or other events outside normal fulfillment operations.

08 — Tracking & Delivery Issues

Contact Us if Something Does Not Look Right

Where tracking is available, shipment information will normally be sent after the order has been dispatched.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the estimated delivery window has passed, or you cannot locate a package shown as delivered, contact us at service@luravexo.com.

A carrier delivery scan does not automatically prevent you from asking us to review a missing-package concern.

Please include your order number and relevant delivery information so we can review the circumstances.

09 — Returns

90-Day Return Window for Eligible Products

Eligible products may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery.

Standard preference-based returns generally require products to be unused, complete and returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.

To request a return, contact service@luravexo.com with your order number, the product involved, the reason for the request and supporting photos or videos where relevant.

Please do not send products to our business registration address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

Once an eligible return request has been approved, the appropriate return destination and instructions will be provided.

10 — Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Different From a Preference-Based Return

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return arrangement or other reasonable solution without shifting the cost of a confirmed fulfillment error to the customer.

11 — Refunds

Refunds Return to the Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the refunded amount after it has been issued.

12 — Intellectual Property

Our Brand and Content

The Luravexo™ brand, website design, original product names, graphics, photographs, text, layouts and other original store content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Store content is provided for personal shopping and informational use. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or presented as another party's content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

13 — Third-Party Services

Some Store Functions Depend on Service Providers

Certain parts of the shopping experience may be supported by third-party providers, including payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers and ecommerce technology services.

These providers may process information when reasonably necessary to deliver the applicable service.

Their independent services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Feedback should not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or malicious material.

16 — Errors & Corrections

We May Correct Genuine Store Errors

Occasionally, store information may contain typographical mistakes, pricing errors, outdated availability information or other inaccuracies.

We may correct genuine errors and update affected information. Where an error materially affects an existing order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

You may not use the Luravexo™ website to engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with store security, misuse other users' personal information or intentionally disrupt the operation of the website.

Automated scraping, fraudulent transactions, impersonation and other abusive activity may also be restricted where permitted by applicable law.

18 — Product & Service Expectations

Mandatory Consumer Rights Remain Applicable

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer rights or product protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19 — Limitation of Liability

Applied Only to the Extent Permitted by Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luravexo™ and Shenzhen Mingtu Weishi Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction or use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20 — Events Outside Reasonable Control

Unexpected Events May Affect Performance

Fulfillment or website operation may occasionally be affected by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, customs disruption, transportation interruption, labor disputes, telecommunications failures or similar events.

Where such circumstances materially affect an existing order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate available information and determine the appropriate next action.

The Remaining Terms Continue to Apply

If a particular provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision may be limited or separated to the extent required while the remaining provisions continue in effect where permitted by law.

22 — Applicable Law

Mandatory Local Consumer Protections Are Preserved

These Terms are interpreted subject to the laws applicable to Shenzhen Mingtu Weishi Technology Co., Ltd. and the transaction, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction where those rights cannot legally be waived.

Terms May Be Updated When Necessary

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in store operations, products, policies, legal requirements or service providers.

Material changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and will not be used to retroactively remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
